Can't remember your password? No worries, you can define a new one as long as you remember the email address you provided.

If you sign in with either Slack or GitHub, there's no need to reset your password because you've actually none on USE Together. This article concerns people who usually sign in using their email addresses and have lost their password. If you've lost your access to your Slack or GitHub account, please see their help center or documentation.

From the USE Engine app

Open the USE Engine app.
Click on the "Forgot password?" link.
Enter the email address you provided when you created your account then click on the "Reset Password" button.
Check your emails, you should have received an email from USE Together. Click on the "Reset my Password" button.
Your browser opens. Enter your email address and your new password (twice) then click on the "Reset Password" button.



From the website

Sign in to your account on the website to manage your subscription.

Head to the sign in page.
Click on the "Forgot password?" link.
Enter the email address you provided when you created your account then click on the "Send Email" button.
Check your emails, you should have received an email from USE Together. Click on the "Reset my Password" button.
Your browser opens. Enter your email address and your new password (twice) then click on the "Reset Password" button.



If you didn't receive any email, be sure to check your spam folder.
